The American School of Bangkok Green Valley Campus (ASBGV) is an international school offering an American Curriculum for Pre-K to Grade 12. Teaching Position Academic Year 2024-2025

Non-Teaching Position

1. Admissions Officer : 1 position (Japanese or Korean speaking)

The role involves skillfully and efficiently handling visitors, consumers, phone calls, and messages, while also actively promoting, marketing, and enhancing the school's visibility within the local and expatriate communities.

  • To ensure satisfaction among current ASBGV parents and students by executing good communication strategies.
  • Conduct school tours
  • Ensure forms are filled out appropriately.
  • Contribute to the website, social media and publications.
  •  Answer  incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries as well as follow up with inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. 
  • Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions,  school visits and off-campus events - this may require some work on weekends or off hours
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

  • Qualifications

    Admissions 1 position

    ·   Age between 24-35 years old

    ·   Bachelor Degree in related field.

    ·   At least 1 year of working experience in sales or marketing.

    ·   Good command in English skills, literate in both oral and written communication

    ·   Additional language skills in Korean (or Japanese)

    ·     Well organized, service minded and pleasant personality

    ·   Computer literate, word, excel, power point etc.

    ·   Own a car and able to drive is a plus

 

2. Parent Relation : 1 position 

The role involves interacting with parents to provide basic information in response to routine inquiries about school. 

  • To ensure satisfaction among current ASBGV parents and students by executing good communication strategies.
  • Support team when conducting school tours
  • Ensure forms are filled out appropriately.
  •  Answer incoming calls
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

  • Qualifications

    Parent Relation 1 position

    ·   Age between 22-30 years old

    ·   Bachelor Degree / New Graduate are welcome

    ·   Good command in English skills, literate in both oral and written communication

    ·     Service minded and pleasant personality

    ·   Computer literate, word, excel, power point etc.

    ·   Own a car and able to drive is a plus
